Copper Cottage Bird Feeders customer goal is complete, 100% satisfaction with the feeder you purchase as well as your purchase experience.
Warranty on the Feeder:
The feeder carries a 10 year warranty. Each feeder is numbered to match your invoice number. Should you need to make a claim, your only responsibility will be the cost of shipping back to my location. We will determine if the unit returned should be repaired, or will replace it with a brand new unit at no cost. I will also pay shipping to get the feeder back to you. We are very lenient and will honor nearly all issues. Please do not return the feeder if it has been abused ( I had one returned with bullet holes in it!)
Satisfaction:
We allow a thirty day grace period for you to inspect your Copper Cottage Bird Feeder. If you are not 100% satisfied with the look, construction, quality of the product, return it, unused, in the original shipping container and we will refund you the purchase price of the unit. The return shipping will be your responsibility. Prior to sending the unit back to us, please contact us in writing or through this website for a return authorization.
Return Procedure:
1) We will inspect the feeder and verify it has not been used or damaged
2) Verify the purchase order matches the feeder number
3) Issue payment through paypal or mail you a check.
